As an Organization Change Architect, you will play a critical role in guiding our clients through the complex process of organizational change management, ensuring seamless transitions and maximizing adoption of new processes and technologies.Career Level - IC5ResponsibilitiesKey Responsibilities:

Develop and implement comprehensive change management strategies tailored to our solutions, each client's unique needs and objectives.

Collaborate closely with project stakeholders, including executives, project managers, and cross-functional teams, to drive alignment and commitment to change initiatives.

Conduct thorough assessments of organizational readiness for transformation, identifying potential barriers and opportunities for improvement.

Responsible for developing and executing comprehensive stakeholder engagement strategies to foster effective communication and collaborating among diverse stakeholders, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.

Design and deliver engaging communication plans to effectively convey the benefits, impacts, and expectations associated with SaaS adoption.

Lead development efforts to build capabilities and ensure competency among employees impacted by SaaS implementation.

Facilitate workshops, focus groups, and other forums to solicit feedback, address concerns, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of change management initiatives, adjusting strategies as needed to achieve desired outcomes.

Provide guidance and support to project teams throughout the transformation lifecycle, serving as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert.

Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to industry, Oracle products and organizational change management.

Qualifications:

Proven experience (5+ years) leading organizational change management initiatives, preferably within the context of IT transformation projects. SaaS experience a plus.

Strong understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and tools, such as Prosci ADKAR or Kotter's 8-Step Process.

Consulting experience important and cornerstone of informed decision-making, with ability to provide invaluable insights and strategies for navigating complex challenges and customers effectively.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic plans, manage multiple priorities, and drive results in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency in project management techniques and software tools, such as Microsoft Project or Jira, is desirable.

Certifications in change management (e.g., Prosci Certified Change Practitioner) and project management (e.g., PMP) are a plus.

Utilities experience, coupled with a understanding of utilities business and processes, is a asset for orchestrating seamless adoption of new solutions.

Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.

Responsibilities Performs a variety of administrative and analytical support work, and management of office automation systems, sensitive data, programs, applications, and data processing and functions related to office management activities. Uses conventional analytical techniques or studies to gather statistical information to improve office administrative functions. Provides administrative support in developing, organizing, and maintaining sensitive data, technical documentation, and system information used by USDA executives, managers, subject matter experts, and analysts. Ensures data on thousands of records are gathered each year of the Secretary\'s correspondence and decision documents are all held in digital format. Applies knowledge of office automation systems, software applications, data entry and processing, computers, and other electronic systems to support the Office of the Executive Secretariat.
