Job DescriptionThe ideal candidate will support the Assistant Secretary of the Navy (ASN), Financial Management & Comptroller (FM&C) with generating requirements for ERP+. Duties will include: Project Manager: This individual shall serve as primary interface with the Government, including Contracting Officer's Representative, and shall be available for in-person meetings on short notice (24 hours) in the National Capital Region. This individual shall be the primary architect of planning and implementation andshall manage the overall task order effort. This individual shall, at a minimum, meet requirements for the “Subject Matter Specialist” labor category as well as possess at least the following minimum expertise and experience:

Bachelor's degree in accounting

Master's degree in accounting or business administration

Licensed CPA, PMP, CGFM

20 years of Federal ERP experience

DoD Risk Management Framework (RMF) and SSAE-18 (Statements on Standards for Attestation Engagements (SSAEs or attestation standards) in SSAE No. 18, Attestation Standards: Clarification and Recodification) expertise

Recent DON system migration experience

Experience leading large complex IT transformations for DoD environment

Experience leading S4/HANA upgrades

Guarantee key personnel proposed are full time on the effort for at least the first 180 days from award.Experience Requirements:
