Together, we can help people build stronger communities - we're just getting started.Summary: Meta seeks a seasoned Product Marketing Manager to define the strategic approach to how we provide core measurement solutions with our network of trust 3rd party partners to help businesses understand the value of their marketing across Meta platforms. With ecosystem shifts, industry priorities evolving and heightened privacy concerns around 3rd party data, Meta is committed to providing our advertisers the best tools and strategies to get the most out of their Meta advertising across our native tools in platforms and 3rd party offerings.This is an experienced role guiding a high-profile suite of products that requires the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and influence at the highest level. The PMM function at Meta serves as the representation of the market in product and the representation of product in the market. The ideal candidate will have experience closely partnering with product and sales leaders on developing portfolio-level product strategies across technical enterprise business tools and will lead go-to-market strategy. Further, success in this position requires a strong understanding of how salespeople, agencies and businesses within the digital advertising ecosystem measure advertising performance. An understanding of the advertising measurement ecosystem is required, from both a technical and a strategic perspective.In a time of industry change, we need a true thought leader who can comfortably influence stakeholders in product and sales globally. At the same time, the role requires hands-on operational product work to execute against business objectives. This person must be a flexible cross-functional team player who is comfortable with a fast-paced environment.Required Skills: Drive multi-year product strategies at the portfolio level and shepherd product development across ideation, alpha, beta and launch, working with Product, Engineering, Marketing Communications, and other cross-functional partners to bring our products to market and drive alignment internally

Identify product opportunities through customer interviews and qualitative and quantitative analysis

Produce market assessments including competitive analysis, customer segmentation, and product requirements

Work closely with the product management and engineering team to deliver world-class products, including driving prioritization decisions

Manage product alphas and betas to direct product refinements and identify critical customer needs that must be met by the product in order to launch

Lead the development of product positioning, materials, and training for sales and clients

Develop the go-to-market strategy for product releases across multiple Facebook teams, and be able to execute those plans

Support sales teams in handling customer questions on measurement tools and partner with engineering and product teams to coordinate troubleshooting these tools

Partner with Sales and Marketing Science leadership to set product adoption goals, develop execution strategies, track and analyze performance, and drive adoption of our measurement solutions

Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree

6+ years experience in digital technology, advertising, advertising technology or relevant fields

Experience gathering and analyzing customer and market feedback, translating this information into requirements and functional specifications

Demonstrated experience working with engineering, product management, design, data science and research functions

Experience setting product priorities and managing and communicating tradeoffs

Track record of influencing behavior at a variety of levels in the organization, including cross-functional leaders

Preferred Qualifications: MBA

Deep knowledge of advertising measurement solutions
