Crown is seeking enthusiastic and qualified program management and administrative support coordinators/analysts to support NASA's Aeronautics Research Mission Directorate (ARMD) at NASA Headquarters located in Washington, D.C. A background in aeronautics and aviation is not required, but interest in working in this field would be helpful.You will work in a team-based, collaborative structure helping the ARMD's major research programs function smoothly by ensuring that programmatic information and documentation is accurate, timely, and available to leadership; supporting project management and coordination among multiple activities; and providing support for meetings and functions. Program management support provided through this task assists ARMD in planning, management, execution, and assessment of its core mission.Salary is commensurate with qualifications and years of experience. Position is most suitable for junior- and mid-level career professionals.

  • Summary The position is located in the Office of the Executive Director, Bureau of Global Public Affairs (GPA/EX), Department of State. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications Applicants must meet all the required qualification requirements described below by the closing date of this announcement. NOTE: Applicants must meet time-in-grade and time after competitive appointment requirements, by the closing date of this announcement. Time-In-Grade Requirements: Federal applicants must have served 52 weeks at the next lower grade to satisfy time-in-grade restrictions, per 5CFR 300, Subpart F. Applicants must have 1 year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-13 level in the Federal service which provided the applicant with the particular knowledge, skills and abilities to perform the duties of the position. Qualifying specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Experience using a wide range of qualitative and/or quantitative methods to analyze, access, and improve program effectiveness. Experience analyzing and evaluating the effectiveness of programs and operations, as well as the productivity and efficiency of the overall organizations. Experience negotiating effectively with management, and/or other organizations to accept and implement recommendations.
