Project Engineer

Job Title: Project EngineerJob DescriptionAs a part of the construction project team, the Project Engineer will be responsible for creating a safe work environment, managing the project change process and punchlist, producing, obtaining, and organizing project management and contractual documents, establishing and administering the submittal process, coordinating inspections, and monitoring project billing.Responsibilities

Plan and prioritize to achieve high-quality, timely results within the context of project management.

Ensure dependability and punctuality for all work-related commitments.

Develop productive relationships with the project team, contractors, design teams, and clients.

Ensure accuracy of project documentation and compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Maintain a positive attitude, professional demeanor, and appearance, and perform well under project constraints and deadlines.

Utilize strong computer skills with Microsoft Office and a working knowledge of project management software.

Apply solid numerical and analytical skills to achieve project budgeting and basic estimating for project scope changes.

Pursue related educational and training opportunities for job performance improvements and share knowledge with the team.

Essential Skills

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.

One or more years of construction project management related experience, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.

Must be a US Citizen .

Experience with construction management, requests for proposals, change orders, project management, budgeting, and document control.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Must be a quick learner and willing to train and learn new skills.
