What unites us is a passion to deliver the very best value to every Tuvli customer every day we’re on the job.Job Summary:Under this task order, the contractor will independently provide services to support the mission of the U.S. Department of State, Bureau of Conflict and Stabilization Operations (CSO).Under this task order, the contractor will independently provide services to support the mission of the U.S. Department of State, Bureau of Conflict and Stabilization Operations (CSO) Office of Partnerships, Strategy, and Communications. The primary objective is to provide contractor services and deliverables through performance of a Public Affairs Specialist as it relates to the bureau’s mission.Responsibilities:

Serves a Public Affairs Specialist in the Office of Partnerships, Strategy, and Communication (PSC) and reports to the Deputy Director

Maintains the digital media presence for the Bureau including the public website, Twitter, and Facebook accounts

Generates original social media content, refines content from bureau colleagues, and reposts from senior Department officials and media outlets

Coordinates the biweekly Social Media Working Group

Analyzes digital and social media trends and identifies ways to leverage and expand CSO's virtual outreach

Attends department-wide Social Media Coordinators meetings

Drafts, compiles, and edits, information for reports on the bureaus digital and social media

QualificationsMinimum Qualifications:The incumbent will be one of two primary points of contact for the bureaus engagements via digital platforms and will have the following knowledge and experience:

Advanced knowledge of social media platforms such as Facebook and Twitter

Ability to use third party social media management tools for reporting and analyzing engagement levels

Knowledge of Adobe InDesign or similar editing software

Ability to create short, catchy, videos for social media

Familiarity with Creative Cloud Suite 2016 or similar software

Ability to articulate CSO’s mission and translate it across multiple digital platforms

Experience working in teams and/or working groups and leading group tasks

Experience with Microsoft Office Suite software
