Join us at Guidehouse.ResponsibilitiesResponsibilities: The Real Estate Analyst reviews and provides overall stategy for an agency's Real Estate Portfolio, including reviewing expirations, evaluating occupancy rates, and providing financial analysis for review. In addition, will provide draft communications and advise on relocation strategies to ensure user adoption and staisfaction. QualificationsRequired:Secret clearance requiredBA or BS degree with at least four years of experience in Real Estate strategy or analysis.Must have experience in proforma modeling and real estate research.Must be an expert in Microsoft Excel, and a user of Microsoft Access, Word, and Powerpoint.Must be proficient in performing financial calculations such as time Value of Money, Annual Net Present Value, Amortization, comparative lease analysis, lease vs purchase analysis, and sale leaseback analysis.Should be a self started and able to work with little oversight, compiling data sources as well as briefing senior executives on findings.Clearance: Active Secret Additional RequirementsThe successful candidate must not be subject to employment restrictions from a former employer (such as a non-compete) that would prevent the candidate from performing the job responsibilities as described.DisclaimerAbout GuidehouseGuidehouse is an Equal Employment Opportunity / Affirmative Action employer.
