Research Opportunity Manager

ARPA-H is seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Research Opportunity Manager to support innovative research projects and partnerships.In this role, you will manage a pipeline of high-impact ideas, help turn bold concepts into actionable programs, and connect internal teams with external partners to improve human health outcomes. The ideal candidate is organized, adaptable, and passionate about advancing groundbreaking research. Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify & Assess Opportunities: Review research ideas and proposals, evaluate alignment with ARPA-H goals, and prepare summaries for leadership.Manage Project Pipeline: Track, prioritize, and advance potential projects while ensuring alignment with mission and funding priorities.Build Relationships: Serve as a liaison between ARPA-H teams and external partners to foster collaboration and innovation.Streamline Processes: Develop and refine workflows for submitting, reviewing, and managing proposals. Ensure smooth coordination between teams and partners.Evaluate Proposals: Conduct initial assessments for feasibility and impact; coordinate with subject matter experts for deeper review.Monitor Outcomes & Report Insights: Track project results and long-term impact; provide data-driven insights to support leadership decisions.
