WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW ABOUT THE JOB: Manage the development of Marketing and Communications materials for external and internal audiences, generating support for our mission through fundraising, Training Services, SAF, volunteerism and blood donations. Work closely and collaboratively with internal client teams to understand audience and goals, and work with designers to produce fresh and inspiring creative that is consistent with the brand. This role will be the primary project manager for creative assets serving Communications, the Executive office, International Services, Service to the Armed Forces and Training Services, as well as print production projects.WORK LOCATION & SCHEDULE: The selected candidate will work 100% remotely from home anywhere in the USA. WHERE YOUR CAREER IS A FORCE FOR GOOD (Key Responsibilities):

Manage creative projects from initial kickoff to final delivery, working with clients, designers, vendors and senior leadership.

Provide creative guidance and strategic insight.

Become an expert in American Red Cross brand standards and provide guidance across the organization.

Coordinate with clients and vendors on print production projects.

Learn and use workflow management tools to track all open tasks.

Reports to Director, Brand Marketing.

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED (required/minimum qualifications):

A minimum of 5 years' experience in project management, marketing and/or communications.

Excellent project management and coordination skills.

Excellent communication skills (oral and written).

Works well under pressure and can deal with multiple changing priorities.

Ability to keep themselves and others organized and on-task.

Strong presentation skills.

Strong creative skills.

Ability to work effectively with teams across the organization.

Ability to work independently and remotely.

Print production experience preferred.

Demonstrates strong commitment and passion for the mission of the American Red Cross.

Travel: May travel and participate in meetings throughout Red Cross system.

Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus. The work environment will consist of moderate noise (i.e. business office with computers, phones and printers, light traffic). The employee must have the ability to work in a small cubicle and have the ability to sit at a computer terminal for an extended period of time.
