Our leading government innovator client is looking for a Program Manager with expertise guiding and overseeing large-scale enterprise service delivery programs.

Due to federal security clearance requirements, applicant must be a United States Citizen with the ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance.

Requirements of the Program Manager:
  • At least 8 years of related management experience with a focus on Service Desk/End User Computing
  • At least 5 years of experience managing a program with at least 50 people delivering support to at least 6,000 end users across multiple locations
  • At least 3 years of experience interfacing with and presenting to C-level executives
  • Experience with mission-critical programs, IT systems implementation, and solution development
  • Bachelor's degree or at least 6 years of additional experience
  • PMP and/or ITIL v3 a plus
