511609 Shared Services DirectorThe Shared Service director will own the remote implementation and service organizations across Patient Monitoring, DECG and Intellispace Perinatal groups.Your role:The Shared Services Director is a customer service leadership position within HPM Customer Services. This position will lead a team of 9 direct reports made up of 6 SDE’s and 3 Sr. Managers who will have 20-25 direct reports apiece. The director will provide support to our HPM Shared Services resources (DECG, ISP, and integration engineers) and drive growth of our remote IT services business. The Shared Services Director will also engage in the management of a Professional Services and tools organization for the benefit of the HPM business as a whole. The purpose of this engagement is to ensure the appropriate resourcing, processes, and functions to incubate services and continuation of building a Professional services organization. In addition to field activities, enhanced IT services and BU engagement will be given to the Shared Services group to further build out capabilities into the IT solution space as well as services space that is independent of Philips branded solutions. From a field support perspective this position will be directing a team of engineers across businesses which are highly skilled and certified groups of experts in the healthcare environment. The ISP engineers are focused on Intellispace Perinatal, the DECG group is focused on Diagnostic ECG, and the integration engineers are experts in utilizing a Rhapsody integration engine to integrate data being fed into and out of Philips solutions to EMR, ADT, and data repositories.You're the right fit if:This role is a service leadership position that requires the ability to pull disparate teams together and inspire them to be driven to meet our service goals and financial targets. The candidate needs to have a proven track record of collaborating with diverse business teams in both the NA Market and globally, and fostering a climate of cohesion within HPM groups. He/she will also need to fully understand the complete service process as well as the strategic initiatives of HPM to fulfil the potential of the organization which spans project management, implementation, clinical, support (including the CCSC), and sales. The ideal candidate would have experience in services management, sales management and leading a team of direct reports.

Demonstrated ability to lead disparate groups to function as a cohesive team

Exceptional leadership skills

Ability to provide strategic direction and influential leadership in a matrix organization

Clinical knowledge of the healthcare environment

IT technical and leadership skills with industry standard technical deployment methods such as virtualization, networking, databases, interfacing, security, etc.

Team player that can effectively collaborate with peers and key stakeholders to accomplish business objectives

The actual base pay offered may vary depending on multiple factors including, job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered.
