As a valued colleague on our team, you will contribute to designing and implementing all aspects of Fannie Mae's media and public relations policies, objectives, and initiatives. 
 
THE IMPACT YOU WILL MAKE The Sr. Public Relations Associate (Flex Hybrid) role will offer you the flexibility to make each day your own, while working alongside people who care so that you can deliver on the following responsibilities:  Work to expand external understanding and reach of the organization's business, performance, and strategy, and of the Economic & Strategic Research (ESR) Group’s housing research and insights. Manage media relations, announcements, editorial placement, and speaking opportunities. Evaluate and authorize all forms of communication regarding Fannie Mae for release to the public, with a particular focus on economic and financial communications. Draft clear, concise messaging and assorted communications, including press releases and supporting materials for internal and external distribution. Provide diligent editorial support for external-facing economic and housing research materials, including identifying and refining key messaging and takeaways for target audiences. Help manage media inquiries and engagements with national and trade media, including facilitating interviews with Fannie Mae spokespeople. Prepare summaries of media activity for key stakeholders.
