Peripheral Vascular (PV) Senior Sales Education Specialist (Home-based Remote)The Peripheral Vascular Sales Education Specialist will be responsible for enabling predictable and sustainable sales growth in our Peripheral Vascular IVUS (Intravascular Ultrasound) franchise by developing and implementing a comprehensive sales training curriculum for regional sales managers, territory managers, and clinical sales specialists. In partnership with sales leadership, medical education, and marketing, this individual will develop an IVUS-specific sales process then create and execute world-class development programs that accelerate growth, improve customer experiences, and ensure patient safety.We are seeking an individual with robust experience in medical device sales and training and a demonstrated record of enabling and/or driving revenue.Your role:

Developing a comprehensive curriculum of learning experiences – on-the-job, in class, virtual, and peer-to-peer, - that drives sales revenue and improves customer experiences.

Creating and implementing a product and/or disease-specific sales process that aligns with the IGTD strategy and the Philips sales process.

Partnering with Regional Sales Managers to provide support for field employees’ professional development including but not limited to, selling skills and sales processes.

Conduct needs analysis, develop learning objectives, create and deliver multimodality learning curriculum, and measure the effectiveness and impact of training.

Create comprehensive project plans, action trackers, and project scorecards to effectively lead cross-functional project teams.

Integrate technology into sales processes and sales training including, but not limited to, salesforce.com, learning management systems, document systems (e.g. Showpad), and micro learning applications.

Develop relationships with subject matter experts in the field and leverage those relationships to produce and review training content.

Create and deliver “Train the trainer” materials to support roll out of sales programs by non-training professionals (e.g. sales managers, field sales trainers, marketing leads).

Create program-level dashboards and present outcome metrics, impact metrics, and strategic insights to executive-level stakeholders.

Identify, evaluate, and manage vendors to support training.

Incorporate all required legal and regulatory compliance programs into the appropriate training programs.

You're the right fit if:

You’ve acquired 5+ years of experience in medical device sales and 5+ years’ experience in sales training.

You have 3-5 years of leadership experience as either a people leader or a project leader is highly preferred.

You have a minimum of 3+ years’ experience with blended learning.

Your skills include sales, sales process design, adult education, curriculum design, facilitation, program management, and educational metrics.

You have a minimum BS/BA degree, advanced degree preferred.

You’re an excellent business partner, communicator, salesperson, process thinker, and trainer.

The actual base pay offered may vary depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered. Employees are eligible to participate in our comprehensive Philips Total Rewards benefits program, which includes a generous PTO, 401k (up to 7% match), HSA (with company contribution), stock purchase plan, education reimbursement and much more.
