NC4SI provides comprehensive planning, analytical, operational, policy, technical and management services at The Pentagon, Washington D.C. and Ft. Belvoir, VA.This position requires employment of typical project management tools (e.g. resource estimates and utilization, task analysis, schedule deconfliction, customer communications, team leadership, risk mitigation, lessons learned) to manage the tasks, activities, deliverables, and personnel.More About the Role:As the Task Lead , you contribute to and manage all contractor support to the Office of the Director Technical Services, and you participate and provide oversight of the team’s activities, which include:

Information management, technical and executive administrative services

Providing recommendations on organizational effectiveness and efficiencies, organizational structure, supporting tools, and processes that may increase effectiveness and efficiencies

Assist with daily scheduling, report generation, and travel activities, as required

Ensure the Director's calendar is populated and kept up to date; and manage all Senior Level tasks sent to the Director through the HQDA Enterprise Task Management Software Solution Tool (ETMS2), to include ensuring proper processing and signature

Review Flag-level actions to ensure compliance with relevant business rules

Make recommendations regarding the suitability of task responses and ensure that actions are thoroughly coordinated

Provide classified and unclassified administrative support to the Director and Deputy Director, to include telephone, e-mail, video teleconference, written correspondence, calendar management, visitor reception/escort and meeting planning, and event execution support.

In your role as the SACO , you will provide SME level support maintaining the Directorate tasking system and shall provide expertise to interact with the HQDA ETMS2. Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Coordinating staff actions in ETMS2 and provide coordination, guidance, and assistance across the NC4SI Directorate

Oversee the consolidation of Division-level responses to ETMS2 taskings into a cohesive Directorate-level response

Maintain a current and accurate status of pending tasks and actions to ensure Directorate leadership remains fully informed of pending work and associated time horizons for meeting external suspense dates

Maintain continuous dialogue with the DCS G-6 Staff Action Control Office (SACO) to ensure accurate transition of work requests between the NC4SI Directorate and the DCS G-6 SACO

Provide technical writer/editor support to update and/or review internally produced documents and to ensure the proper formatting, grammar, readability, and presentation clarity of documents, including official memoranda, planning documents, reports, guidance, organization charts, and program/activity presentation data

You’ll Bring These Qualifications:

An active Secret Clearance

Education – bachelor's degree from an accredited institution

Experience – 7+ years of professional management or supervisory experience

Army-specific experience and flexibility to perform at the General Officer levels of the Army

Expertise with organizational coordination for staff action package review and approval recommendations

Expertise maintaining tasking system, input of critical tasks, management of initiatives/ programs.

Expertise with status reports, telephone, e-mail, VTC, correspondence, calendar management, visitor reception/escort, and meeting planning

These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:

Project Management Certification (PMP, Scrum, Agile)

Experience using and managing the use of Enterprise Task Management Software Solution Tool (ETMS2)

Experience communicating at the executive level (GO/FO/SES)

Proven ability to successfully lead a diverse and dispersed team

Excellent oral and written English communication skills to effectively interact with varying audiences and stakeholders

Excellent interpersonal skills and able to relate effectively with program employees, government/client representatives, and internal organizational functional representatives

Able to work independently with limited supervision

Able to discover relevant data, understand the context it is being used, and apply experience analysis to turn data into useful information

Experienced receiving initial project information, conducting research to better understand requirements, and achieving high quality results
