Description:Actalent construction division is seeking a Superintendent to join our client in Washington, D.C.! Our client is a highly reputable/established commercial interiors general contracting firm for about 40 years. Our client is a family run company, who looks to help people grow their careers internally long-term. You will support an mixture of large scale interior commercial & multi-family projects in the Maryland and Washington, D.C area. If you are looking to learn & grow with some great leaders, and have the opportunity to grow into a lead superintendent for a highly-reputable family-owned construction firm in D.C. this position is the right one for you! Skills & Qualifications:
4+ years of Superintendent experience working on commercial interiors project.
Experience with RFIs, submittals, and running large commercial interiors construction projects.
Comfortable speaking with clients and running meetings with the field team/superintendent team/subcontractors as needed.
