As the business’ first AI-based initiative, this project will have high visibility at all levels as it brings customer care technology to a new level, resulting in happier agents and happier customers.
As Technical Project Manager, you will lead multiple sprint teams to successfully build and deploy new features, streamlining workflows while improving customer experiences and support. This is a role where you can bring your passion for the user experience and design thinking to life. Support developers and ensure quality delivery execution while fostering professional growth within this high-impact project team.
