Type of Requisition: RegularClearance Level Must Be Able to Obtain: NoneJob Family: Functional ExpertsAs a Technical Support and Documentation Specialist supporting the Healthcare Fraud Prevention Partnership Trusted Third Party, you will be trusted to work remotely with multiple teams including cloud engineers, web application developers, security teams, and quality management teams.You will be responsible for providing on going analytics and identifying issues related to a variety of non-technical and technical project deliverable(s); as it relates to requirements determination, conceptualization, design, development, testing, verification and validation, documentation, and implementation.This is a REMOTE BASED ROLE- Applicants must reside in the United States.In this role, a typical day will include:Establishes, converts, and maintains a litany of documentation with 508/WCAG 2.0 accessibility compliance requirements; coordinates and expedites reports to the program; documents and contributes to procedure definitions, and formulates recommendations and prepares reports.

Conduct organizational interviews, analysis, and evaluations, to determine functional requirements, conduct work simplification and measurement studies, and prepare operations, procedural and administrative manuals to assist management in operating more efficiently and effectively.

On a daily basis you will write and update project documentation including procedures and training materials, analyzes user needs to determine functional requirements for a wide variety of projects, utilizes moderately complex modeling and measuring techniques, conduct functional testing of various projects or systems, research, identify, and assist in the formulation of recommendations about resources required for task execution and completion, participates in the development of new functionality or updates the existing, to meet client needs, and perform functional allocations to identify tasks and their inter-relationships.

You will also attend and participate in various Agile meetings with as well as receive critical feedback on deliverables.

Work on and with other members to document according to standards and patterns such as CMMI and ADF.

Work with cross-functional teams to support the open-source implementation, development, integration, and maintenance of cloud and web-based solutions.

Primary contributor for documenting the development, configuration, migration, integration, testing and maintenance of API’s, websites, platforms, and services.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED:Bachelor’s Degree in Arts or Computer Information System or equivalent experience

2+ years’ experience with 508/WCAG 2.0 experience for aligning and maintaining compliance on artifacts such as Adobe and Word and webpages.

Working knowledge or greater of accessibility tools like JAWS, WAVE, AXE, NVDA

2+ years’ experience in QA practices such as test development and execution

2+ years’ experience in QM practices like audit finding documentation, remediation, and dispositioning

2+ Years’ experience with theme, epic, task, and story development and execution

2+ Experience with Atlassian tool suite (including at least Jira and Confluence)

2+ Experience participating in daily Scrums, Retrospectives, and other Agile meetings

Understanding of Cloud based technology for hosting, services, and its challenges

Understanding of CMMI

Understanding SAFe (scaled agile framework) or ADF (agile development framework)

No Security clearance required
