Learn more at https://www.jnj.com/ .The Thought Leader Liaison-PM, Urology will be responsible for leading the Northeast Key Opinion Leader (KOL) engagement strategy, as well as contributing to the overall KOL strategy across the GU Portfolio Brand in close collaboration with brand team.The Thought Leader Liaison will:

Lead the development and execution of Regional KOL engagement strategy, marketing education strategy and faculty development. This includes oversight of regional peer to peer marketing plans, health care compliance training for faculty, and other related activities as needed.

Serve as a key member of the GU Portfolio Brand team by providing local market insights and feedback to shape future strategies for the GU Portfolio Brands in close collaboration with sales leaders, key business partners, and medical teams to elevate brand advocacy.

Build trusting strategic partnerships with academic and community KOLs, and other key stakeholders to achieve above-brand priorities.

Closely coordinate regional marketing education and engagement plans with cross functional partners to ensure heightened KOL and customer engagement strategies that are fully aligned to the Brand strategic imperatives.

Partner with integrated analytics and commercial excellences team to better understand regional variations in treatment patterns to inform peer to peer and insight program placement.

Closely monitor the regional marketing education budget and provide continuous feedback on business planning.

Maintain pulse on Regional disease state trends and treatment paradigm to identify opportunities to collaborate on common objectives to improve healthcare and patient outcomes.

Maintain complete understanding of ACCME/HCC/PhRMA Guidelines

Qualifications

BA/BS Degree in a related field; MBA, MD, PharmD, PhD or other related graduate degree preferred.

Minimum 4 years of experience in marketing, medical, key account management or sales engaging with HCPs and professional healthcare organizations

Experience working cross functionally with various key internal & external stakeholders with the demonstrated ability to create manage strategic partnerships.

Demonstrated understanding of industry trends, recognize opportunities to enhance our position competitively, with a strong focus on patient impact and exceptional customer centricity

A valid driver’s license issued in the United States is required.

Travel can be up to 65% to field-based events (many occurring on weekends) This includes internal meetings, advisory boards, medical meetings, congresses, and select program attendance.

Preferred:

Previous cross-functional industry experience in pharma or biotech.

Medical/scientific knowledge/experience with an understanding of the healthcare marketplace.

Experience leading through change and transformation with strong leadership skills.

Oncology experience is preferred.

The base pay range for this position is $99,000 to $170,200. The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation’s performance over a calendar/performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company’s discretion on an individual basis. This position is eligible for a company car through the Company’s FLEET program.
