CIT helps connect staff to systems while enabling a broader research computing ecosystem to improve productivity and provide a sense of community.ResponsibilitiesWho we are:Research Computing advances scientific discovery by providing computational tools and expertise to accelerate and demonstrate research outcomes. We support computationally enabled science by providing computational building blocks (e.g., HPC, Machine Learning environments, Data Management Tools etc.). In addition, we provide services, expertise, and support to researchers to optimize their use of our capabilities (e.g., UX, Software Engineering, HPC Consulting, Cloud Deployment, etc.). Candidates must have a high school diploma /GED or higher
Candidates must be degree-seeking undergraduate students enrolled at an accredited college or university
Candidates must be taking at least 6 credit hours and have an overall cumulative GPA of 2.5
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with User Research and Analysis, Ideation, Concept and Detailed Visual Design, Rapid Prototyping, Production, Development & Measurement, and Product Launch
Experience working and influencing teams of software engineers
Experience with design tools such as Adobe Illustrator, Figma, Sketch, and XD etc.
Experience working creatively within brand guidelines
