It fuels our passion and drives every decision we make.Job Posting TitleVP Financial Planning & AnalysisJob DescriptionThe Vice President of Financial Planning and Analysis will lead the enterprise financial planning strategy, execution, and monitoring of the financial performance of the enterprise. This position works closely and productively with executive management to influence, refine and implement the enterprise strategy to include designing and implementing customized budgetary and planning processes that effectively support business needs and translate business issues into clear and meaningful financial forecasts and executive level dashboards.Responsibilities

Lead value-added business analysis and define and report financial and operational metrics that lead to accurate business decisions

Oversee the monthly reporting package that includes financial statements, Key Performance Indicator (KPI) reporting, operational dashboard reporting, analysis of key business trends, actual versus forecast variances and comprehensive executive level explanations of differences

Direct and monitor the company's annual budget and forecasts, which shall include establishing tools, setting timelines and processes, acting as project manager ensuring all budgets and forecasts are accurate, comprehensive and completed on time with visibility to execute and monitor business performance

Provide leadership to direct reports ensuring the prioritization of strategic and department level initiatives to include defining performance goals and targets

Develop and foster a culture of continuous improvement, working with team to enhance existing capabilities, improve processes and drive accountability

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or related area of study

15 years of work experience in finance

9 years of leadership/people management experience

Must be eligible to work in the United States without need for work visa or residency sponsorship

Additional Qualifications

Demonstrated high level of acumen regarding health plan and insurance industry with proven track record with executive and client communication

Demonstrated communication and financial presentation skills to all levels of management

Flexibility and ability to work within a fast growth environment with changing priorities

Strong team player that has a customer service approach and is solution oriented

Proven financial analysis and data analysis skills; advanced skills in Access/Excel required

Preferred Qualifications

Master’s in Business Administration (MBA)

PBM experience

Pharmacy, healthcare or insurance experience with exposure to a high-volume environment

Hyperion and financial system implementation experience

Minimum Physical Job Requirements

Ability to travel up to 10% of the time

Occasionally required to stand, walk and stoop, kneel, and crouch

Potential pay for this position ranges from $187,200.00 - $318,600.00 based on experience and skills.
