Harmonia Holdings Group, LLC, an award-winning federal government contractor, has an exciting opportunity for a

Microsoft Cloud Security Engineer to join our team in Washington, DC.

This position is currently remote due to COVID, but some onsite will be expected.

Essential Job Functions:
  • Establish information requirements, using analytical methods, for enterprise-wide or large-scale information systems specifically in O365 security.
  • Provide security recommendations and expertise on new services or for migrating applications.
  • Identify and monitor security risks at large scale
  • Lead continuous improvement efforts of out security tools and systems
  • Design solutions that include software, and communications solutions to support the total requirements, and provide for present and future cross-functional requirements and interfaces.
  • Recommend security configurations and best practices using MCAS, Azure Sentinel.
  • Analytically and systematically evaluate the security controls and assists in obtaining ATO.
  • Provide consultation and support on complex tasks and daily supervision and direction to staff.
  • Research the solution alternates, coordinate the technical discussions, and socialize the recommendations based on project requirements.

Minimum Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in an information technology or related fields.
  • Must be a United States Citizen and able to obtain or currently possess a U.S. Government clearance at the Public Trust level.
  • Over 6-8 years of expert experience in Microsoft Cloud architecture, operations, or administration, as well as experience with Microsoft O365 platform and the selection of appropriate Microsoft O365 applications and services for designing and deploying the applications.
  • Experience in the design and deployment of dynamically scalable fault-tolerant, reliable, and highly available applications on Microsoft O365 platform.
  • Experience in architectural and design, including technical documentation.
  • Knowledge of implementing Federal IT security standards such as SOC, NIST, FISMA, FedRAMP
  • Experience in Agile practices such as DevOps, DevSecOps,
  • Experience with MDI Security Alerting, and investigations, MCAS Conditional Access App Control (CAAC), MCAS Data Loss Prevention (DLP) and File Policies
  • Must be a Microsoft Cloud App Security (MCAS) expert and an expert in Azure Sentinel and O365 security practices.

  • Must be a self-starter with the ability to work both independently and in a collaborative team environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong customer service/client facing skills.
  • Microsoft Cloud App Security (MCAS) Certification -Security is preferred
