Serve as Manager on Duty in the absence of the General Manager
Provide competent, prompt, and courteous service, including conflict resolution, to all unit owners, residents, employees, and guests
Assist the General Manager with monthly board meeting packages, management reports, budget materials, and communications with the Board of Directors.
Oversee duties and responsibilities of the administrative staff.
Oversight of office upgrades, equipment needs/maintenance contracts, office furniture, computers etc., alongside the General Manager
Monitor spending levels throughout the year for office operations
Coordinate and assist with Annual Meeting preparations and mailings
Prepare and/or contribute to newsletters, email blasts, and Building Link or other postings
Prepare memos for distribution to residents
Create standard operating procedures based on the Association’s bylaws and house rules, and for front desk concierges
Perform weekly property inspections
Maintain Resident Assistance List for use by local authorities in the event of an emergency
Review the Daily Shift Log and report any potential issues with the General Manager
Maintain and update the Storage Room Locker inventory. Conduct annual inspections
Maintain and update the Bike Storage inventory and the FOB entry system. Conduct annual inspections
