Choice Property Management is looking for a Community Association Manager with a positive attitude and great work quality for our Fairfax, Virginia office. This position serves as the point of contact for multiple Community Association Portfolios.
Position Responsibilities are as follows:
Oversee the daily operations of the assigned community portfolios and associates
Manage staff members assigned to portfolios
Manage the specific needs of each community administratively, financially and operationally, and address requests in a timely manner.
Communicate with Board Members, homeowners, and vendors regarding associations needs and services
Organize, coordinate and attend all community meetings
Manage and oversee operations, maintenance, administration and improvement of the community
Ensure adherence to communities governing documents, manage violations and enforce community rules and regulations
Develop and manage annual budgets and ensure they are maintained and met
Oversee financial and accounting aspects of all the assigned community association portfolio, including collection of association fees
Manage homeowner complaints and issue resolution
Hire, supervise and manage contracts for janitorial, security, maintenance, and other services
Inspect community and facilities to ensure proper maintenance
Prepare reports and updates for association board members and homeowners

Qualifications:
− Professional Appearance and Demeanor.
− Prior Management Experience in People and Project Management.
− Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
− Ability to prioritize.
− Excellent organizational skills.
− Very detailed orientated.
− Strong computer skills including MS Office suite.
− Must be a quick learner and able to think on their feet.
− Ability to multi-task while working in a fast paced environment.
− Ability to type minimum 40 WPM.
− Bi-Lingual Spanish is a plus.
