Office management position for year round reputable handyman-Home Improv./ General Contracting business
THIS POSITION CAN INCLUDE WORKING FROM HOME 2-3 DAYS PER WEEK (VERY FLEXIBLE)
responsibilities include
Answer calls for a handyman service company
Schedule field estimates and service calls with potential clients and return clients
Communicate via cell phone to field technicians(at end of day for invoicing and billing to get payments from clients)
Daily or weekly entering data into Quick books
Quick books entry for yearly financial reports
