The ideal candidate will have a strong background in insurance customer service management, exceptional leadership skills, and proficiency in both English and Spanish to effectively communicate with our diverse clientele.

Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

2. Excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish, both verbal and written.

3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
