Our Company is hiring due to the current focus of expansion going into 2019. We are hiring for our Manager in Training program. Our goal in 2019, includes developing 10 new managers and adding two satellite offices in the Northern Virginia. Our goal as a state is to open 5 new offices, and develop 30 new managers while becoming the top territory in our company. 30% growth was accomplished in 2018, and we look to at least double that in 2019.
