What You’ll Do

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients: handle incoming calls, emails, and live chat / web inquiries

Schedule appointments, coordinate with cleaning teams, monitor job progress, and follow up with clients

Resolve customer issues: complaints, rescheduling, special requests, and post-service feedback

Update and maintain the CRM / scheduling software with accurate client and job data

Work cross-functionally with Operations / Field Managers to ensure service quality and timely response

Generate quotes / estimates or assist in generating them

Track customer satisfaction metrics (e.g. reviews, surveys), prepare summary reports, and recommend improvements

Provide occasional administrative support (billing, invoicing, or documentation) as needed

What We’re Looking For

Proven experience in customer service, preferably in service-based or cleaning / facilities industry

Excellent communication skills (verbal & written)

Strong problem-solving, multitasking, and time-management skills

Comfortable with CRM / scheduling tools and general office software (e.g. Microsoft Office / Google Workspace)

Positive, customer-friendly attitude with attention to detail

High school diploma or equivalent (some college or related training a plus)

What You’ll Get

Compensation: Competitive base salary range $40,000 – $50,000 annually, depending on experience and performance based bonus
