Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Customer Service and Sales Representative. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, assisting them with inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional service. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to drive sales by identifying customer needs and promoting our products or services.
Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a timely and professional manner
Provide product information, pricing, and availability to customers
Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently
Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues to ensure satisfaction
Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services to meet sales targets
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, promotions, and policies
Requirements:
Previous experience in customer service and/or sales roles preferred
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency with a POS able to use an ipad
A positive attitude and a passion for providing outstanding customer service
