We are a local full service construction company looking to fulfill the position of Field Development Representative. This position is part time and involves helping the company in overseeing our home improvement projects throughout the area. Your ability to be able to follow and submit written and digital forms will determine your success. Starting pay for this position is $21.00 an hour, along with gas stipends and commission bonuses for creating new business opportunities for our company. You must be a SELF STARTER and have a CAN DO attitude. You will be given a thorough rundown and training of our company practices. Experience in home improvement marketing is a plus, but we're willing to training the right candidate. Reliable transportation is a MUST.
Duties and Responsibilities
Keeping and submitting detailed forms of your production in the field and updating the company on job progressions
Helping our customers with product selections
Getting signatures on documents
Following up with customers and keeping them informed
Communicating with and assisting our installation team
