Provide DMV vehicle license, registration and notary services
Reach sales and service goals (and earn incentives!) for multiple AAA products and services
Issue passport photos
Accept payments for the various products, provide accurate change and receipts; balance and reconcile cash drawer
Have computer experience and good organization skills
Record details of customer inquiries, comments and complaints
Process Auto, Home, Life and other insurance payment
Manage incoming and outbound calls as needed
Follow up on customer inquiries, problems and escalated situations
work Insurance leads as needed
