Family owned and operated; we are looking for a Customer Service Team Member for a growing call center. This individual must be both Company and Customer Service driven to provide excellent service and strive for business and personal growth.
Job Description to include but not limited to:
Manage 75 + number of incoming calls, outbound as needed.
Create daily work orders | closing work orders.
Open new accounts | process cancellations.
Manage and Maintain information on customer accounts.
Record details of customer inquiries, comments and complaints.
Handling various administrative tasks.
Processing credit card payments.
Attend weekly or biweekly meetings.
Working with our Operations team daily regarding service-related needs.
Fast paced work environment.
Responsibilities to Include, but not limited to:
Provide exceptional customer service by maintaining a positive, emphatic, and professional attitude towards customers and co-workers.
Demonstrate courtesy / friendliness / politeness, at all times.
Acknowledging customer situations, providing resolution on resolving those concerns.
Follow up on customer inquiries, problems and escalated situations.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Assigned and various duties based on business needs.
Adapt to changes quickly.
Able to learn software program quickly, proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook and Internet skills.

Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour
Job type: Full-time
Weekly Schedule: Monday through Friday 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM. Time of arrival & prepared for work by 8:20 AM. Time of arrival will be earlier on day of the meeting.
