Our Ideal Candidate: (Position requirements)

Have a minimum of five years of recent working experience coordinating the production and installation of custom signs, commercial interior graphics and displays for workplace, office and event environments.

Have excellent communications skills and is self-motivated to build relationships with clients in person and through phone calls and emails.

Have a thorough knowledge of wide format roll and rigid substrates and their proper applications.

Capable of working with co-workers and clients in a positive, constructive way that builds team unity while expecting a high level of performance, creativity, and profitability.

Have a creative eye for branding and a solid understanding of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign), and a solid understanding of color management and color matching.

Have experience working with computerized estimating software for wide-format printing in order to prepare quotes and manage projects for clients' review and approval.

Have experience working with Trello and Hubspot to support communications with the sales staff and the rest of their customer support team.

Have excellent attention to detail, excellent organizational and communication skills, and an ability to juggle multiple tasks at any given time to successfully perform this job.

Have a passion for providing clients with solutions that will communicate their brands more effectively in storefronts, offices, venues, campuses, and events utilizing wide and grand format printing and finishing technologies.

Have a successful history of selling and project coordinating the design, manufacture, and installation of custom sign products, using wide and grand format Roll Printers, UV flatbed printers, CNC, and Laser Cutters.

Skilled at using technology to leverage interactions with clients, develop leads, and propose solutions for clients.

Have a creative eye and expertise on color management, matching, collaborating on design, materials, and substrate suggestions.

Can execute site surveys with precise measurements and specifications, and make recommendations concerning materials, design, and installation methods.

Must have a high school diploma or equivalent. College graduate preferred.

Must have a valid driver's license and possess a clean driving record. (No DUIs or reckless driving for ten years)

Must be eligible to work legally in the United States.

This is an in-person position, and the successful candidate must live in the Charlotte, NC area.

Responsibilities:

Communicate with clients and prospects via phone calls, emails, and in-person visits as required.

Provide excellent and responsive client support pre-sale, post-sale, and consistent interactions with clients that will keep us top of mind.

Conduct site surveys with clients to assess needs and exploration of possible solutions.

Create proposals for clients via our electronic operating system.

Be able to effectively research for necessary materials and vendors to meet the needs or specifications for current and future projects.

Collaborate with clients, production, installers, outside vendors, management, and other project managers to offer practical solutions.
