Job Description:
As a Residential Concierge, you will be the first point of contact for residents and guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. Your responsibilities will include assisting with daily operations, managing resident requests, coordinating with vendors, and maintaining a secure and orderly environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist residents and guests with a warm and professional demeanor.
Manage resident inquiries, requests, and complaints in a timely and efficient manner.
Coordinate services and amenities, such as reservations, deliveries, and maintenance requests.
Monitor building access and security systems.
Maintain a clean and organized lobby and common areas.
Collaborate with the property management team and vendors to ensure smooth operations.
Handle emergency situations according to protocol.
Qualifications:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Professional appearance and demeanor.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and other basic computer skills.
