We are looking for people to schedule appointments with existing clientele and accept repair jobs for our watchmakers and clockmakers. Our customer service representatives communicate with customers about repair status, receive payment for, and handle transactions for the shop.
Kensington Clock & Watch is a well-established clock shop with a database and over 50 years' worth of clients. Our customers are mostly in Montgomery County and NW Washington, but our clockmakers cover the entire Washington Metropolitan Area.
We are looking for a customer service representative in our shop. Once you learn the basics of the job, appointments can also be scheduled remotely. You will be taught basic clock and watch concepts and terminology, and your responsibilities will include scheduling and greeting customers.
Knowledge of the Washington Metropolitan area is required, as you will schedule house calls for our clockmakers. You need to know how to schedule appointments in close proximity to each other so the clockmakers can reach customers in an efficient and timely manner.
Excellent phone etiquette and the ability to handle objections and close appointment commitments are a must.
