We are searching for a Bi-lingual Spanish speaking customer service representative to join our team. We are looking for a candidate with good communication skills who is patient and understanding of clients needs. Tasks will range from processing payments, providing basic coverage information, forwarding ID and declaration pages, and pointing clients in the right direction to address their needs. Prior insurance experience is not required. Must be professional in handling phone calls. This is a remote position which requires the ability to be in a quite location Monday through Friday from 9am-5pm with a 1 hour paid lunch. Office access is available as well if preferred. Opportunities will be available to further grow in the agency to attain licenses and sales experience if desired.
