Calling all musically inclined Bilingual Native Spanish Speakers.

We are looking for experienced early childcare teachers and/or music educators who:

- Love teaching and feel that working with young children is the best job ever.

- Love to learn new things, have the ability to apply them in the classroom and is not afraid to be silly : )

- Love Circle Time and Music and Movement because these are the best parts of the day!

We have three types of classes: Piano Classes, General Music Classes, and Spanish Immersion Classes. The Piano and General Music classes will be taught in English. The Spanish Immersion classes will be taught in Spanish.

We bring specialized age-appropriate Music and Spanish programs to over 1000 students each week. We are working to become the fastest-growing enrichment program in the country. Our team of teachers unite in our vision of bringing a 2nd language and music, along with its benefits, to as many children as possible.

Our teachers are recognized as the best in the industry because they love what they do and are trained weekly in our interactive training sessions. We give you all the tools (instruments, curriculum, music, language props) you need to succeed in the classroom and all the resources you need to be creative in your various classroom activities. Qualified music and Spanish instructors meet the highest standards and must have the ability to follow a curriculum while still being creative because the consistency of our program for the students is of utmost importance.

Now here are the Specifics and our Requirements for being a Music for Life and Spanish Immersion Teacher:

- We are looking for people who are bilingual in Spanish and English.

- Music classes will be taught in English. Therefore, you must be able to speak and comprehend English at a high level.

- Spanish classes will be taught in Spanish. We are looking for Native (at birth the 1st language spoken in the home and learned was Spanish) Spanish Speakers.

- Your Educator's base compensation will be $3,000/month (salary) + $500/month (Mileage and Gas) + plus performance-based bonuses and is paid semi-monthly via direct deposit. Our full-time music instructors are making anywhere between $3500/month and up to $5900/month.

- As an early childhood music educator you will be required to work 8 hours a day (Example: 8:45 am - 12:45 pm and 2:45 pm - 6:45 pm). You could expect to be teaching between 2-6 hours a day. Hours in between teaching are dedicated to traveling to your next location, training, attendance upkeep, organization and administrative duties, and parent communication.

- Some knowledge of technology and/or a willingness to learn online and offline applications: skype, google documents, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.

- Our instructors have knowledge of the piano and show the ability and desire to be classically trained on the piano to a higher level and other world and orchestral instruments.

- As a teacher, you will travel between 2-6 different locations throughout the day so being comfortable driving with or without traffic is a must. In other words, if you like driving, listening to music, or audiobooks then this job may be a good fit.

-As a Music Instructor you must be able to sing Twinkle Twinkle Little Star, Spanish Nursery Rhymes as well as be able to learn short new songs you may not have heard before.
