Position Details:
Hours: Flexible (30 hours per week)
Location: DC, Maryland, & Northern Virginia
Role: Work with a dynamic team of Architects and Builders to create and modify 3D Designs for residential and commercial spaces. construction plans, coordinating with project managers, subcontractors, and ensuring accuracy in all design documents.
Ideal Candidate:
Must be proficient in Revit, Enscape, Sketchup, Bluebeam, AI tools & workflows, and Buildertrend
Strong attention to detail and ability to interpret architectural drawings
Experience in residential construction drafting
Ability to collaborate with project teams and meet deadlines
