Are you a licensed residential architect with up to 10 years of experience? We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused architect to assist homeowners with consultations for home additions and remodeling projects. This position requires 5 to 10 hours of work per week, primarily focused on consultations—no drawing is required.
Requirements:
- Licensed Architect
- Manimum of 10 years of experience
- Strong knowledge of architectural codes
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to provide affordable pricing
- Must provide 3 references from past projects
Responsibilities:
- no drawing is required. You will be going for estimates with an estimator.
- Consult with homeowners regarding their home addition or remodeling needs
- Provide professional advice and solutions tailored to clients
- Ensure all consultations comply with local architectural codes
