Manager: Seeking Assistant Manager to oversee daily restaurant operations related to our dining, bar and kitchen area. Duties include: Managing staff and ensuring a great dining experience for our customers; leadership skills and outgoing personality is a must. Must be able to work evening shifts and late night hours. Work schedule is around 46 to 50 hrs a week 5 days.
Qualification:
Have knowledge of service and food, food expo and bar beverage, generally involving at least three years
of front-of-the-house operations as an assistant management position.
Possess excellent basic math skills and have the ability to use POS system.
Must have sufficient computer knowledge, use Microsoft Word, Excel, Micros Point of Sales System.
Must possess and use excellent communication skills with guest and staff.
Full Service Restaurant managing experience only please!
