We are seeking motivated restaurant talent to become our next Manager

Baltimore has fast become a city flooded with capable service-industry professionals, many with the passion, natural ability, training and experience in their current positions to take on leadership in our busy, beautiful, home-grown Canton neighborhood restaurant.

We are offering this opportunity to: current GMs looking to take their next inspiring step, other types of FOH managers, service trainers, bar captains and other members of quality learning and advancement-based restaurants in the Baltimore area. We are connected to our personal authenticity as well as our greater community, so we recognize finding the right person, rather than simply the right checklist of experiences, is the roadmap to discovering our next great Manager. We will train.

The Manager should:

Be a high energy, dynamic and personable teacher

Have four years of quality experience in the industry

Have a strong understanding of restaurant systems and in-service operations. Your expertise is your greatest asset!

Have an interest in using only the highest quality ingredients, serving food that is authentic and representative of its region

Possess some experience training and managing people or teams

Ability to analyze. Show urgency, organization, professionalism and confident articulation

Have worked within restaurants or restaurant groups with multiple locations

Additional helpful skills:

-Compeat/Restaurant 365, Open Table, POS systems

-Proficient wine knowledge

-Spanish speaker a huge plus

-Restaurant budgets and costing

-Expo/kitchen operations

Position Details:

Full-time on-site, Manager of a FOH staff of 12-15 and a BOH staff of 6

The Manager is scheduled for 50-55 hours in-restaurant. Additional time will be required at busier times of the year.

Afternoon and evening position with regular closes. Restaurant is open for dinner only on weekdays and afternoon on weekends.

Compensation: Salary 75K with aggressive weekly revenue based bonus program, available immediately
