Searching for Sous Chef/ Kitchen Manager/ Lead Line Cook
Depending on experience determines the role we are looking to fill in our busy Bloomingdale restaurant.
Qualifications include :
Knife Skills, Kitchen Safety and proper sanitation knowledge. Experience with machinery like slicers, mandolins, using scales, etc. Reading and executing a recipe, willing to be cross trained on stations is a must. Experience on Grill Saute and Fryer. Willing to learn new skills and adapt to different techniques. Experience in an open kitchen is preferred. Proficient in keeping a clean work station, organizing and posses good hygiene.

Job includes paid time off, and Dec 24-26th, July 4th and Thanksgiving are all days off.
