We are looking to add someone to our team! Floor Manager can take on a lot of meanings, for us, it means that you work on the floor during your shifts as a server or bartender depending what the shift calls for and are part of the tip pool for that shift in addition to your higher hourly, and have authority over correcting or giving other foh feedback or directions. (i.e.- make sure everyone is doing their job properly, and correcting when you see something needs to be improved, handle guest complaints or inquiries etc)
Responsibilities:
Ensure the consistent flow of other servers on the floor- make sure tables are being pre-bussed, food is coming out in a timely manner, FOH is keeping up with Resy/ tables, help train new staff, handle daily closeout report when necessary, on event/party days- make sure the to-do list is getting done and assign other foh different tasks from the list and double check tasks are completed.
Must have prior restaurant serving experience
Bartending experience in any capacity
Manager experience a plus
Must be able to get an ABRA license, if you are unable, please let us know how long it might be until you are able to obtain one (we will pay for it.)
Great hourly, we also don't have 'service fees' on our check (outside of autograt for large groups), flexible shifts, great team, and great food and drinks!
