We are a thriving Latin American Restaurant in Leesburg, VA dedicated to providing our customers with exceptional service and delicious food. We are seeking an experienced, reliable, friendly and bilingual (English / Spanish) restaurant manager to join our team.
The restaurant manager will oversee day-to-day operations, hire and train qualified staff members, develop a positive brand image through consistent customer service.
Responsibilities:
Oversee restaurant operations and ensure a smooth flow
Maintain a positive restaurant culture
Create work schedule and train employees to help them meet the restaurant’s needs
Ensure proper compliance with restaurant hygiene regulations
Manage and keep up smooth restaurant operations
Supervise both kitchen and dining area staff
Organize and take stock on restaurant supplies
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in a restaurant environment, particularly as a manager or supervisor is preferred
Fluent in Spanish and English.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time
Problem solving skills
Knowledge of Health department requirements
Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and occasional evenings as required.
