Qualifications
optimistic problem solving
18 and up
previous work in a restaurant preferred, will train
curious and coachable and willing to work in a small kitchen space
Be able to lift 30 pounds & up
Able to stand for 6 hours or more per shift
Must have reliable transportation or ability to get to work
Responsibilities
Accurately follow recipes
Taking instruction, maintain clean work space, observe food handling best practice, & take pride in work
Prioritize, multitask with ease and work independently but also work well with others as needed
Communicate with management & staff any needs, changes, & equipment operations / maintenance
Ability to work effectively and efficiently with people at all levels across the company
Continuously maintain an open-door policy
Receive direction & constructive criticism well, with a desire to improve and grow
Benefits
Pay is 16-20 per hour depending on experiences
