Located in Downtown, theVan Ness, and the Rosslyn neighborhoods of DC, Sfoglina & Jackmont Hospitality, Inc, an Atlanta based reataurant group are thrilled to bring DC's award-winning pasta house to Dulles International Airport.
Sfoglina is inspired by the female pasta makers of Italy who carried on the tradition and the art of making pasta by hand.

What You'll Do:
As a Team member you’ll wow our guests with outstanding hand-made pasta, service and hospitality. You’ll help with menu selections, and ensure each dish is prepared with detail, always delivering warm and friendly interactions.
Other Key responsibilities may include:
Provide great hospitality by going above and beyond for every guest
Know the menu and be able to make genuine recommendations
Keep it clean. You treat your restaurant like they’re in your own home.
Perform calmly and effectively in a high-volume environment
Respond to on-the-fly requests with ease and poise
Understand POS/KMS systems
Availability to work weekends and some holidays
Your Background:
Must have 2+ year high-volume restaurant experience
You have excellent communication skills
Availability to work mornings, nights, weekends and some holidays
Must be able to create a warm and welcoming guest experience for our guests
Able to lift up to 35 pounds and continuously bend, reach and twist
Must be at least 18+ years old
Fluent in English
Must be able to pass a TSA Federal background check
