Our style is casual fine dining and we strive to offer warm, professional and knowledgeable service.
We're seeking a highly experienced, dedicated host with the ability to appropriately represent the company in this front-facing position. Part-time and full-time schedules available. Must be available at least 3 days per week
Requirements:
- strong organizational skills
- food and beverage knowledge (spirits is a bonus!)
- attentiveness to detail (floor plan layout, cover counts, pacing, etc.)
- strong communication skills
- a sense of grace and professionalism at all times and especially during volume
- one to two years of full-service restaurant experience preferred
