Polau is a new take out restaurant in Chantilly (think Chipotle/Cava style). We’re hiring our FIRST entry-level team member. We’ll train you. If you’re reliable, ambitious, and want a real growth path towards management, this is for you.
Important Qualities: Team Player, DETAIL oriented, good hand eye coordination
What you’ll do:
Prep simple ingredients, portion, assemble bowls/wraps
Keep the station clean and food-safe
Help with opening/closing and basic inventory
Deliver consistent quality and great pace
Schedule & pay:
$16–$18/hr to start (DOE), paid weekly
Moves to full-time shortly after launch
Raise/review at 30 days based on performance
Clear path to Shift Lead/Manager as we grow
We’ll train you on:
Food safety, portioning, and line flow
Service speed and order accuracy
Daily open/close checklists
What we’re looking for:
On-time, coachable, team-first attitude
Can stand on your feet, lift up to 25 lbs, and move with urgency
Availability for lunch/dinner rushes; weekends a plus
