Responsibilities:
Prepare and execute dishes to the highest quality and presentation standards
Work efficiently in a fast-paced, upscale dining environment
Maintain cleanliness, organization, and compliance with food safety standards
Collaborate with chefs and fellow team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations
Assist with prep, inventory, and station setup/breakdown
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a fine dining, hotel, or upscale restaurant setting required
Strong knife skills and knowledge of various cooking techniques
Ability to work calmly and efficiently under pressure
Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
