Schedule: Full-time, 10am-7:30 pm Tuesday through Friday, off Sunday and Monday. Based on business needs, additional hours may be required.
Details: This role is for residential dining at an education account of approximately 300 students. Serve breakfast, lunch, and dinner seven days a week. Work with the Executive Chef and General Manager to oversee approximately 8 Full-Time associates.
Requirement: Experience managing production, menu writing, and managing kitchen staff.
Salary: $59,000
