Dishwasher
Primary Duties:
Remove soiled plates, glasses, utensils from dining rooms and kitchen.
Load and operate dishwashers, hand-wash large pans or delicate items.
Store clean items in proper locations; restock utensils, glassware.
Sweep/mop floors, empty dish pits, clean dish area, trash removal, maintain a sanitary workspace.
Occasionally help with basic kitchen tasks (e.g., assist with deliveries, prep) as needed.
Qualifications / skills:
Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
Reliable, strong work ethic, able to lift and move heavy items.
Good hygiene and sanitation awareness.
Availability for evenings/weekends if your restaurant has those shifts.
Work environment:
Back‐of‐house kitchen area, fast pace during peak service.
